Pleiades is a wool-free sock yarn. Because of the elastic content this yarn holds it’s shape wonderfully and is perfect for any project needing a bit of negative ease (socks, mittens, hats, etc). Pleiades blooms and softens beautifully with washing – it’s the yarn of choice for the vegans in my household! Also an excellent option for wool-free colourwork.
The gauge is heavy fingering, so it could also be used as a light sport weight.
This yarn is hand-dyed in small batches in British Columbia using low impact, non-toxic dyes.
