Knit a Triangle Scarf with Jillian of Cabin + Cove - December 13, 4:00

Learn the techniques involved in knitting a triangle scarf and then get started on your own!

This class is for knitters already comfortable with casting on, knit stitch and binding off. If you have taken the Learn to Knit class, then this is a great next step!

Jillian from Cabin + Cove will walk you through all the techniques used to knit a triangle scarf including i-cord edging, increases and decreases. You will then get started on your own scarf with hands-on instruction guiding you along the way. Although you may not finish the scarf in the class, you will definitely get a good amount started and gain confidence in the skills to finish the rest at home. 

Materials needed (please bring these with you to the class)

• DK weight yarn
• small scarf: 25 grams
• Medium scarf: 50 grams
• large scarf 200 grams
• Size US 4, 24" straight or circular knitting needles (or longer if you already have them on hand)

In the featured pictures, the large scarf is knit with 200g (2 skeins) of The Loving Path Griffen DK in Bloodmoon and the small scarf is knit with 25g (1 ball) of Sandnes Garn Cashmere in Acorn.
