Visible Mending, with Elysha of Worth Mending – December 16, 7:00 pm

Ready to darn it all? Elysha of Worth Mending is here to welcome you to the art of visible mending, so you can extend the life of your favorite clothes. 

This beginner-friendly 2.5-hour workshop will get you confident using Worth Mending's made-in-Kitchener Swift Darning Loom. We will learn how to assess damage to choose the right mending technique, choose yarn, set up the darning loom and weave a sample patch. 

Bring something in need of repair and, once our samples are done, we'll talk through how you can mend it! Darning works best on knitwear, but jeans can be decorated and repaired with this method too.
