In this “My First Sock” program, learn at least one classic technique for each of cuffs, heels, toes, and basic stitch work. Covers knitting in the round, yarn and tools selection, and a bit about fitting. For a new sock knitter, this complete program will give you everything you need to make wearable socks.

Level: Enthusiastic Beginner to Intermediate Sock Knitter
Materials: (can be purchased at first session)
• Sock-weight yarn (small sample sock = 40g or pair of full-size socks = 100g)
• Needles: 4-5 dpns or 1-2 circulars, 2.0 to 3.0 mm
• Darning needle, stitch markers, waste yarn or string
